New responsibilities

Messe M?nchen has appointed Bhupinder Singh as its new CEO for its subsidiary, Messe M?nchen India. The experienced exhibition professional took over as CEO from May 2016 onwards, along with the COO and joint Member of the Management Board of MMI India Pvt Ltd, Igor Palka, both reporting to the Board of Directors of the company.

Trade fair expert

Bhupinder Singh has been named as an additional Deputy CEO of MMI India, a subsidiary of Messe Mnnchen International. The experienced trade fair expert will support Managing Director Darryl Dasilva (CEO) and Thomas L?ffler, Deputy CEO.

bC India 2013 could become the right platform to witness the upswing of CE industry

The exhibition space for bC India 2013 has been extended to a total of around 150,000 sq m. All in all, more than 700 exhibitors will showcase their latest products and innovations and around 40,000 trade visitors from India and abroad are expected to visit the show, says Thomas L?ffler, Chief Executive Officer, bC Expo India & Deputy CEO, MMI India. Excerpts from an interview with EQUIPMENT INDIA.

Exceeding Expectations

The recently concluded bC India exceeded all expectations. Take a look at the statistics: More than 22,000 visitors from 69 countries, 508 exhibitors from 30 countries, 70 per cent of them from abroad; the international flavour further underlined by nine international pavilions, creating a new dimension for the construction industry.
